These Terms apply to Mosi version 1.0 and all updates that do not materially change them. If a future version changes these Terms, the updated version will be posted here before it takes effect.

Acceptance of terms

By using Mosi, you confirm that you are able to form a binding contract with Viking Net LLC, that you accept these Terms, and that you agree to comply with them. These Terms apply in addition to Apple's standard End User License Agreement and the App Store Terms of Service that govern your download of the app.

Description of the service

Mosi is a calm, judgment-free ADHD companion app. It includes gentle habit check-ins, a companion plant named Sprig that grows as you show up (and never punishes a missed day), a breathing orb and body-doubling focus timer, and a set of AI helpers for everyday ADHD tasks like breaking down a task, softening a message, or turning a brain dump into steps.

Mosi works without an account. Habit data, companion progress, and preferences are stored locally on your device. Some AI helper features require a network connection. See the privacy policy for details on how that works.

Subscriptions & purchases

Mosi offers an optional "Supporter" auto-renewable monthly subscription, as well as optional consumable token top-ups for AI helper usage. All purchases are processed by Apple through In-App Purchase; Viking Net LLC never sees or stores your payment details.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• The Supporter subscription automatically renews for the same duration and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the then-current price for the plan you selected.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your App Store account settings, in the Subscriptions section. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period.
• If Mosi offers a free trial, any unused portion is forfeited the moment you purchase a Supporter subscription during that trial.
• Consumable token top-ups are single-use purchases. They are not subscriptions, do not renew, and are consumed as you use AI helper features.

Refund requests are handled by Apple under the App Store's refund policies, not by Viking Net LLC directly.

Free core app, no ads

The core Mosi experience, habit check-ins, Sprig, the breathing orb, and the body-doubling timer, is free to use. The Supporter subscription and token top-ups unlock optional extras; they are never required to use the core app. Mosi contains no advertising and never will.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Mosi for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app, except where permitted by law.
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any purchase, security, or subscription mechanism in the app.
• Use the AI helpers to generate content that is unlawful, abusive, or intended to harm another person.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app or its content.

Intellectual property

Mosi, including its design, the Sprig character, illustrations, text, and underlying code, is owned by Viking Net LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Mosi on your own Apple devices for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and Apple's licensing terms.

User content

Text you type into an AI helper (for example, a task to break down or a message to soften) is submitted to an AI service solely to generate a response for you, as described in the privacy policy. You retain ownership of anything you type. Habit check-ins, companion progress, and app preferences are stored locally on your device and are not collected, viewed, or used by Viking Net LLC.

Disclaimer of warranties

Mosi is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Mosi will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI helper responses will always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your situation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viking Net LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from or related to your use of Mosi. Our total liability for any claim relating to Mosi will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to Mosi's features or subscription offerings. If we make a material change, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Mosi after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

The current version of these Terms will always be available at trymosi.com.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles, except where overridden by applicable Apple App Store terms or local consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
